What are your deposit/payment policies?

We require that rental fees are paid in full prior to taking out our equipment. If you have paid a reservation fee, the rental fee will be deducted by the reservation fee. On top of this for first time customers and individuals we may charge up to (and no more than) the total value of the equipment rented out. We charge the deposit to protect ourselves against theft and damage. Upon return of the equipment we will refund the full deposit as long as the equipment is returned to us in a satisfactory condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex

When is my card charged?

We charge the full cost of the rental on the day we dispatch the goods to you, or when you collect the goods. We also reserve to right to hold a deposit on your card, the deposit isn’t actually removed from your account, it is just reserved for us. In the case that the goods are returned damaged we will make fair debits from your card to pay for the repairs or replacement. The full cost will be invoiced to you.

Do you include VAT with all your prices?

Prices are not VAT inclusive on the website, so we will add VAT (currently 20%) on the invoice when we bill you. If you are a VAT registered business you can claim back the VAT from the year end taxes.
